rm 600k for block B? with this ridiculous price in Bukit Jalil ? i doubt the info is true. if that is the case, vista commonwealth can easily mark up from 220k to 400k for a 1600 sqf.
this berjaya seems more like a scammer. 600k in bukit jalil, i rather spend it in Taman Desa. Papillon will be much better choice. |

I'm stayed near by to Covillea, not that jam as compare to KL, is only Bukit Jalil to Puchong side, other then that is fine...
I like this place very much, is quiet... tat y decided to buy an unit in Covillea... |

dude , soon covillea will be connected to the road bypass taman esplanade ..errm..i am SURE the TRAFFIC GONNA BE HELL !!!!!! somemore it's 3 lane infront of covillea !!!! but if a road without traffic..tat place mean very bad d..so..there is pro n con...~
