IMO the unit 8,9 are better than unit 1,2, the road in front Jalan 7/155 is a 80ft main road, unit 1,2 need to bear with noise alto. have the full golf view

the designer/ architect is A&A architect if not wrong.
to me the design quite ok lar, good bath room & work area/ wet kitchen size but the room 3 is too small hmm.gif
i believe the wall is load bearing R.C wall so hacking wall to extend room size is totally prohibited.

beware, Floor tiles bigger pcs x= better blink.gif the bigger the tiles, the more problem you will have in future.

there are lots of 600x600 porcelain tile wrap/ hollow cases, especially china tiles.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Looks like this covillea site progress quite slow, till today only 4-5 floor above podium. hmm.gif

And heard that today morning got accident, worker fell from level 4 to podium level, 1st dead for this project
