Quick question: I just removed my Boot Camp partition. If I want to set up another Boot Camp partition in the future, can I still use the same copy of Windows XP - with the same product key - I'd used the first time?
(Mine is a System Builder OEM. Also, I believe I've had my motherboard changed since the last time I installed Windows XP, due to the NVIDIA 8600M GT defect.)

QUOTE(rx330 @ Sep 19 2009, 04:28 PM) my mbp is late 08, so no issues? how much is the SSD now, abit itchybawa as well RM1030 for Intel-X25M Generation 2 80GB. Quite a steal I reckon. Since, Intel dropped the price on the recent release of SSD. As in today, 1st Tier SSD is Intel Brand followed by OCZ SSD's. So, I think it's gonna be awesome. Can't wait.

hi all,
i recently reformatted my unibody macbook to snow leopard. and a few days later, i noticed that my touchpad isnt that sensitive and is not really responding at times, even when i click on it (i usually tap). and also, i did not meddle with the sensitivity during leopard, and now, so i dont know if it's software related, or is it more serious hardware problem.
Anyone experiencing this as well? any help/comment is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes enough. Even if you use photoshop still okay. But when you start to multitask with memory heavy programs, having more RAM makes a lot of difference.
Like I usually run a Windows XP virtual machine in Parallels, with iTunes, Adium, Safari, iCal, Excel or Aperture, things really start to crawl when I had 2GB. Upgrading to 4GB made a lot of difference for me.

if ur always in indoor i think anti glare is not a must to get le unless your always using ur mbp outdoor. i just love the trackpad smoothness hesitate to get a protector for it bcoz it feels so good using it the only thing i need is a cover to protect the aluminium body
