Quick question: I just removed my Boot Camp partition. If I want to set up another Boot Camp partition in the future, can I still use the same copy of Windows XP - with the same product key - I'd used the first time?

(Mine is a System Builder OEM. Also, I believe I've had my motherboard changed since the last time I installed Windows XP, due to the NVIDIA 8600M GT defect.)

RM1030 for Intel-X25M Generation 2 80GB. Quite a steal I reckon. Since, Intel dropped the price on the recent release of SSD.
As in today, 1st Tier SSD is Intel Brand followed by OCZ SSD's. So, I think it's gonna be awesome. Can't wait.

hi all,

i recently reformatted my unibody macbook to snow leopard. and a few days later, i noticed that my touchpad isnt that sensitive and is not really responding at times, even when i click on it (i usually tap). and also, i did not meddle with the sensitivity during leopard, and now, so i dont know if it's software related, or is it more serious hardware problem.

Anyone experiencing this as well? any help/comment is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes enough. Even if you use photoshop still okay. But when you start to multitask with memory heavy programs, having more RAM makes a lot of difference.

Like I usually run a Windows XP virtual machine in Parallels, with iTunes, Adium, Safari, iCal, Excel or Aperture, things really start to crawl when I had 2GB. Upgrading to 4GB made a lot of difference for me.

i agree

another indicator you can use as guide is the swap out readings in activity monitor..

when swap out occurs, means there is not enough memory so pages had to be swap out to hdd

I'm now officially a MBP user! =DD

So many things to do for my MBP... Bag, Kensington lock, screen and touchpad protector, install Windows in Bootcamp etc. @_@

Did I miss anything else that you guys did for your MBPs? Do suggest me! =D

does anti-glare film affect the colors of the screen?

EDIT: I mean does the colors look different from how they should be?
