woooh, i like that attitude.
But it is very hilly lol.
These few days see a lot of people running the mizuno trail.

Today 5km in 26min 20sec. smile.gif
Really want to dip below 20min in the coming months.
Read online that 26min is ok, and ur athletic if u run in 20min...darn...i'm not athletic...

I actually got my distance wrong the other day...paiseh...it was 4.8km in 27min 15sec. Forgot to run another 200 metres on the track lol.

The race will give out medals to the 1st 1200 finishers, then the remaining will get Mizuno shoebag... I'd rather get the shoebag la... or better still... both..

This will be my sorta comeback race, after more than 3 months. flex.gif

hi guys! newbie runner here (I think I'm more of a "jogger" than a runner) hehehe. I registered for the Mizuno run long time back when it first open, but unfortunately, I book a flight to Singapore this comin Sat so I say good bye to this run. too bad.
Anyway, I'm excited for Penang Marathon next month. That definitely I will not miss. It's my first time running Penang Marathon. Hopefully, I'll be able to finish that 21k run.

Hmmm never thought of that, i just run according to my own comfortable pace. It took me about 42 minutes (really slow i know compared to you guys lol but still actually faster than all the casual guys at where i run).

But have seen the UPM runners at the UPM track before...crazy...

But have run with my friends before and they're quite a lot slower and it was easier of course.
True what you said above.

42mins; that ain't half bad thumbup.gif GAMBATEH!

track running, road running diff r..
but believe me when i say if u train to pecut uphill more often then not, you can be just as fast (mebe nt as fast but definitely improve tongue.gif)

include speed training in the run itself on your norm route(track), nt on a dedicated day, u'll defnitely see the improvement
