I used to own an Air Max and I'd say that it's good for 10k or less. After 10k, they tend to lose the cushyness advantage and will just be dead weight. Nice to walk it but will also lose bounciness after 6 months or so. I used to walk, run, gym with it everytime. Cost of replacement was high. As long as you're comfortable with it as a starters shoes - that's good enough. For serious running, you may want to consider a Pegasus (if u like Nike so much)

Anybody here use Adidas shoes ? Studio R 1Utama was having this sale, most of Adizero shoes were going at 30% less. Supernova series was going for 40%, some for 50%.

I wasn't able to get the medal since I finished at 1:15. Quite surprise because there were too many people particpated in that run.

Anyhow, I'm quite happy because this is MY FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE running in the marathon for 11KM.
