these pair of shoes really help me land properly, the wear marks are pretty obvious! happy sial! smile.gif mine are the sir newtons btw, there are as light as me  asics ds lighweight trainers though these aren't suppose to be lightweight trainers biggrin.gif

i been using it eversince i bought it and never look back....so far no injury using that shoe. pair with a really nice sock...u in heaven. hahaha

Thanks for pointing it out. I usually opt for open roads. Treadmill is just plain weird for me. Running in air-conditioning environment some-more.

klcc park about 1.3km...nice track. synthetic rubber..usually crowded in the evening.

Yup, 1.3km with distance marks every 100m. Just want to survey is there any runners here used to jog there, haha biggrin.gif

Hi Jack, usually I will go on Sunday around 6pm. How bout you?

As I know, there are few active runners every sunday evening biggrin.gif

eh? 6pm wor! I'm there usu 630-7pm depending on schd etc but last few Sun, didn't show face coz it rained.. and always around 6pm!!! Grrrrr..... but if there's no rain, yeah I shud be there 630ish.
