third party. as a matter of fact, i purchased this
optus does provide a dedicated website to track your usage but it is quite bulky and i'm lazy to sign in
as a matter of fact, this app merely acts like a proxy between the iPhone & the dedicated optus website

The data stats on the iphone>settings>general>usage section is not 100% reliable. |

I tot one person only can book maximum two sets ? written on the Letter of Acknowledgement Pre-booking T&C that u receive when paying booking payment. erm, I done my booking for 3GS at maxis (MEPS) at One Utama back few days, I just realize they not told me about the collection date, just say will call me, damn I too rush that time, now don't know what date they will put me in  |

Just got the following reply from Maxis regarding the deposit: QUOTE Thank you for contacting Maxis.
We are pleased to hear your interest in iPhone 3G S. In Maxis, customer has always been the focal point of our business and this has served as an important reminder to us. We wish to inform that the RM 200 non-refundable pre-booking deposit is to confirm your online booking registration. The amount will be used to minus off from your total iPhone 3G S unit price according to your selected package. a fee for a confirmation of the booking. Please be advised that the deposit will secure the iPhone unit for your goodself after the launch. However, the deposit is non-refundable if the device is not collected within 2 weeks after booking is confirmed. Do note that the deposit must be paid either by cash or credit card only and must be paid within 5 days from the day of online booking or 24th July 2009 or whichever is earlier.
Hope this clarifies. Should you require further assistance, please contact us at 1800 821 123 from your Maxis Mobile. Guess I won't need to worry so much on the stock then  |

my friend said if using digi then apply for 24months idata3 then can get iphone for rm1690..since using digi then he said he going to ignore maxis bills lol..is that posible? lol

Once booked a specific color, they wont allow u to switch colors. To do that need to book again using another maxis number.  |

I'm wondering the actual launch date is 31/7 or 28/7? I just booked my ipohne 3Gs white and select collection date on 1/8...If launched early, can I get the phone early?

Collection date remains for 31/7 and U aren't able to go in to pick it up any earlier.

What's the name of that app? Will it work for Maxis users too or it's specifically meant for Optus users only?!

rmvalues: Why not try reading previous posts and even Maxis' iPhone FAQs before asking? Do some research first. The answer is yes, you can use it for other telcos, it's fully unlocked. Put some effort into helping yourself  |

I booked one and pick up on Pavilion between 2pm-5pm.
I want to ask is that, can i come earlier like 11am to pick it up?

If u feel like the 500mb for 12 mths free is nth for you, you can just port ur digi line and take the digi unlimited data plan.
