For me, i'll try to push my self to gym like normal days. Just change the timing. Workout an hour before 'buka puasa'. Straight away eat my post wo meal after that. Will try to up or maintain the weight but less rep. Cant stop now, still far from my goal.

p/s: dont let Ramadhan/fasting month be your obstacle. See it as a challenge. Yeahh!! biggrin.gif

Since my breaktime is cut short to 30 minutes and I'm obliged to help my father with his business during Ramadhan, I'm seeing extreme jump rope, push ups and dip sessions. huhuhu.

Not sure if I can make time for pull ups, but I've seen more possibilities than ever.

One of the times of the year where I'm really glad I can workout at home. Going to workout around 11-12ish during Ramadhan, should have sufficient time to get a couple of meals in before dawn.

You can definitely take some supplements to maintain your daily nutrition throughout the bulan puasa.

Some mass gainer supplements may help you in this. smile.gif

This would be the best time to try Intermittent Fasting if you are looking to cut. 16 hours of fasting is far more longer than Ramadhan fasting but you can't drink water so fasting would be much harder.

I would say it's better to workout before iftar rather than after sahur. You're gonna need to rehydrate after working out. If you workout after sahur, that's many long hours before you can have a drink

Just come across this today... However I guess most guys here have more in-depth details as how to handle the fasting month. Whether cut or "bulk", both can be done during the Bulan Ramadhan.

Anyway here it goes: http://my.news.yahoo.com/blogs/fit-to-post...-021254651.html
