Wanna ask bout bodybuilder activities in bulan Puasa (Fasting Month)
lets share a bit on Bulan Puasa,
The month that all Muslim cannot eat or drink start from
6.30(Morning) to bout 7.30(Sun Set)
we will eat early in the morning and fasting hole day, and only can eat after sun set.
Questions
is there any tips for bodybuilder can puasa/fasting and maintance the amount of daily nutritions
i know this is the rite time to loose weight fast, bout how to maintain mucle growth?
this question not for Muslim only, others are most welcome to give suggession
