okes...bcoz i scare my fat not lost if i take the whey...for 3 weeks i lost around 10 kg...that is ok?

alrite,i sure know Commercial bread definitely doesn't use 100% wholemeal. They probably use 30/70 and add in some grains here and there to make it good. What I'm saying is that Hi-5 has a higher ratio of white to wholemeal flour

3 weeks for 10kg is too fast. You must have losing some muscle. 3kg in 3 weeks is the healthy weight loss for beginner.

I only target to lose 2 kg in 4 weeks
i think its posibble right?
this is my 1st week
right now i only jog/walk around 40minutes daily

my diets
breakfast : 2 slice of wholemeal bread with low fat cheese + 1 cup of instant coffe no sugar

lunch : eco brown rice / normal rice - fish+ vege/chicken + vege

dinner : 2 slice of bread + 1 cup of instant milo (before 9pm)

i drink a lot of plain water. i dont eat between meals . So far i never feel too hungry.

I drink Herbalife Tea too ( to boost up metabolisme-dont know wether it work or not)

So ..with my exercise + diet is it posibble for me to reach my target = 2kgs in 4 weeks?

wow you sure eat so little. Are you a guy or girl. If you're a guy, then Eat like a man. Then exercise like a man flex.gif at least 1800kcal a day with enough exercise

Sexy lady here.. biggrin.gif I try to eat less. Just started this routine for 5 days.
I hope i can achive my goal. Maybe because i drink a lot of water i tend to eat less.
But from my experience i hv to take heavy lunch if not i will get damn hungry in the evening which
can cause me to take dinner.

My menu for today

breakfast :2 slice of wholemeal bread + omlete less oil

Lunch : White rice + 3 types of vege + ikan bakar (nyum nyum)

Before work out : 1 pc of wholemeal bread

Dinner : 1 glass of 3 in 1 milo + 2 slice of bread

And looooooooooooooots of water.



My height : 159cm sad.gif im not tall
Current weight : 56kg
Goal : to be 52kg in July smile.gif
(dont want to be too thin )

Higher chances that i will cheat a bitt during weekend wub.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

u can add in some fruits or nuts in between meals...add in more protein & greens in ur diet....
Personally, I snack on apples and almonds....

for lunch 2 slice of bread with tuna with green tea
and dinner 2 slice of bread only with green tea
and i think i did not take rice since one month ago..

One thing I"m going to try once I'm back, is to remove carbs like even complex carbs out of one or two of my meals permanently. To see what is the effect. And load it up on my vegetables instead. This doesn't include potato and rice.


Added on May 14, 2009, 6:42 amOh, and one thing that my cousin told me that was good : eat pears. Low sugar out of all the fruits out there.

potatoes even just a breakfast with one potato will be gaining weight also ?

i though it suppose is a fat free but it still a carbohydrate . but it better than consuming rice ?

Complex carb is rice,bread anything from flour rite?
Is that sunsweet prune good?
If i didnt take rice i will tend to get tired,no energy at the end of day.
Or i will not get statisfied only by eating bread

Between potato and white rice ??

Which has low GI and also which has low calories ? GI is considered when selecting carbohydrate. The lower the GI the better. Usually complex carb will have low-medium GI value.

white rice = simple carbs.
brown rice = complex carbs.
normal potatos = simple carbs
sweet potato = hmm....i can't remember whether it was simple or complex carbs.

but in any event, carbs can be dangerous and your portions may influenced it greatly so take care taking it.

did u workout regularly? u can try to add in some protein in ur breakfast and dinner....chicken, eggs, cheese
add in more greens in ur diet too...i didnt c any veggies intake in ur meals...
try to eat every 3-4 hours....add some fruits and good fats like nuts in between meals....

1 potato for breakfast is not tat bad....at least potatoes are better than those typical asian breakfast like nasi lemak, mee goreng, roti canai, etc....

complex carbs are basically those in wholegrain form such as wholegrain breads, oats, muesli and brown rice, etc.

Try to take real fruits instead of the sunsweet prunes...those are loaded with sugars...

Not taking rice and tend to get tired? Read this article Fat Loss Motivation....see if u gain any insight on that piece of article.
