3 weeks for 10kg is too fast. You must have losing some muscle. 3kg in 3 weeks is the healthy weight loss for beginner.

yeah..for me.. for breakfast i take green apple n 1 slice of bread with green tea

One thing I"m going to try once I'm back, is to remove carbs like even complex carbs out of one or two of my meals permanently. To see what is the effect. And load it up on my vegetables instead. This doesn't include potato and rice.

potatoes even just a breakfast with one potato will be gaining weight also ?
i though it suppose is a fat free but it still a carbohydrate . but it better than consuming rice ? |

Between potato and white rice ??

white rice = simple carbs.
brown rice = complex carbs. normal potatos = simple carbs sweet potato = hmm....i can't remember whether it was simple or complex carbs. but in any event, carbs can be dangerous and your portions may influenced it greatly so take care taking it. |
