and why would you want to weigh urself everyday after workout?
those group exercise not necessarily burn more....it depends on the workout intensity....
work harder of coz u'll burn more....just increase the resistence level and i bet u'll run out of breath !

right now i only jog/walk around 40minutes daily

my diets
breakfast : 2 slice of wholemeal bread with low fat cheese + 1 cup of instant coffe no sugar

So ..with my exercise + diet is it posibble for me to reach my target =  2kgs in 4 weeks?

u can add in some fruits or nuts in between meals...add in more protein & greens in ur diet....
Personally, I snack on apples and almonds....

did u workout regularly? u can try to add in some protein in ur breakfast and dinner....chicken, eggs, cheese
add in more greens in ur diet too...i didnt c any veggies intake in ur meals...
try to eat every 3-4 hours....add some fruits and good fats like nuts in between meals....

1 potato for breakfast is not tat bad....at least potatoes are better than those typical asian breakfast like nasi lemak, mee goreng, roti canai, etc....

complex carbs are basically those in wholegrain form such as wholegrain breads, oats, muesli and brown rice, etc.

Try to take real fruits instead of the sunsweet prunes...those are loaded with sugars...

Not taking rice and tend to get tired? Read this article Fat Loss Motivation....see if u gain any insight on that piece of article.
