You might as well just eat rice. What kind of nutrient are you getting from crackers? It's basically empty calories, maybe a wee bit of fibre here and there.
At least rice is whole food, with small amounts of protein.

I don't believe they need so many blood & urine tests. Blood & urine test all those are probably to delay you and make you sick of getting poked by the syringes repeatedly. Now kena conned repeatedly. Too bad.
Seriously, slam the tables and demand to see the boss, demand refund, demand kaukau until they give you what you want.
