hey , anyone here heard of tabata training ?
i would like to use this method to do cycling, jogging, push-ups , sit-ups /crunches , and weight lifting( dumbells ) . is it reccomended ? anyone here would help out ?
and is it just 4minutes(1set) for every type of training per day? or multiple sets could've been carry out also ?
p/s : i searched on over the net but i still hopes for some experienced answers
