My height = 165cm, weight = 83kg. (Male)
I decide to keep fit and my schedule was:
Monday to Friday:
Breakfast : Oat (2 big spoon) + Milk
Lunch: No meat (Normal meal)
Dinner : Oat (2 big spoon) no add anything
After working hours 40 minute of jogging (6km/j speed)
Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast : No meat (Normal meal)
Lunch: No meat (Normal meal)
Dinner: No meat (Normal meal)
Sometime no jogging
So ... Is that my weight will become 50++kg on end of the year ?? I got anyway to improve please tell me thank you. I just want slim dun want muscle. Or when my weight will be 50++kg ?? Thank you for reply me or view it.
