Hi, idigi 88 user here. I had login the OCS and click on view bill on my first month bill. And the total amount due is RM148.45. I got a fixed monthly charge of RM73.81 and call charges of RM81.85. FYI I didnt call much but why I get such amount from digi? Anyone can help? Thanks

My wife's case of overcharging seems not ending..every single months need to call maxis and they acknowledge and resolve the issue...then next month repeat again...really fed up with maxis..the CS also admit a lot of maxis users having this issue now..it never happened when she was on a normal plan..

i currently use ivalue 1 + fam value 30 from 4 nov 2010..just check *100# and my bill Current bill(due date)24/12/2010= rm 346.03..wtf?check my cellular data i use only (sent=3.9mb and receive=21.0mb) any one of u ot same problem like me?where my free 1gb data,free 333min free call,free call and sms to my supp line and etc????can we check the usage at mc?

It sounds about right. 1MB = RM10...so 24.9MB = RM249.

You will only see the rebate AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

Just be more careful on ur 1st bill as ur 1GB will be prorated based on your billing cycle.

For example:

Ur billing cycle is fr 28th to 27th of every month:

If u sign up for the ivalue1 plan on the 26th, u merely get 1024MB / 30 (or 31) days x 2 days (for 26th & 27th) = Approx. 68MB only!

So as long as u know ur billing cycle, u shld be able to monitor.

Call time is both incoming and outgoing calls time.

if Ivalue 1..call or sms my supp line free or not?its included with 333min call and 200 free sms?call maxis they said only supp line got the special free call to main.but if main line call supp line,it is include with the 333min call and 200 sms..

it means u made a pymt (perhaps ur line was barred and u arranged for a pymt to reactivate it again)

1)u nid to know when is ur bill cycle/statement date (from this u'll know ur billing period)

2)for the data package as well as the call package will always be pro-rated for the 1st statement u receive after activation or changes done (eg : chg data plan,register new plan)

i'm sure a lot of users r not aware of these 2 main reasons why their bill charges went sky high

if u guys using smartphones will be more convenient (can always reset the usage statistics following ur statement date)

hi guys, just wanted to ask the 100mb data plan from maxis, it is enough to used if im just using normal checking email and facebook only...without downloading any apps or streaming youtube?
any user using 100mb data usage from maxis and any feedback?

For me:

First full month: 30MB+
2nd full mth: 112MB+
Now on 3rd month.

and I'm on a 2GB plan

It depends on what you do and how you use it. My patterns:
(1) WiFi at both home and office. Download apps/patch or youtube/etc. when at home/office only.
(2) For 3G/Edge data, I used it for a lot of apps/games while outside, like Mail (Exchange, Gmail, Yahoo), Safari (browse some news website or google search somethings, no heavy website), Papago, Whatsapp, Foursquare, Facebook (no videos/pictures, just view and reply text), Lil' Pirates, and a few more games.
(3) Data usage tracking using iDataUsage

So, it all boils down to own use and discipline, and constant tracking, before and after browse each time.
Also, close all apps in background once done.
