Added on November 29, 2010, 6:41 ammaxis users : just a simple way to understand more on ur statement

1)u nid to know when is ur bill cycle/statement date (from this u'll know ur billing period)

2)for the data package as well as the call package will always be pro-rated for the 1st statement u receive after activation or changes done (eg : chg data plan,register new plan)

i'm sure a lot of users r not aware of these 2 main reasons why their bill charges went sky high

if u guys using smartphones will be more convenient (can always reset the usage statistics following ur statement date)

it was all due to lack of communication between maxis cs n maxis billing team, 2 months call and lidge report, still dont update account

all my report as good as gone, dunno how the archive/track our report, today consider new report again, again wtf

wonder how they can win gold award for cs, backdoor u rub me i rub u?
