Btw, don hv to be over-worried that Maxis will overcharge u. Install the "iDataUsage" and start monitoring ur usage. Don forget to allow some buffer though.

There is no point getting the iphone or smart phone if u r going to turn off all the smart phone features.

As long as u know how to monitor ur usage, u will be fine! tongue.gif

why dont u guys switch over to digi? digi doesnt charge you when u overshoot the data limit, it just slows down your 3g connnection

the reason why we didnt go to dg coz :

1-coverage issue
2- 2 years contract ..too loooong..

being experience digi network before, maybe coz my area, always drop calls and sms late deliver, + my gf house dun hav a single bar of Digi line, might as well sign up those that serve me better with less benefit than that network tat almost useless with better benefit biggrin.gif

me myself are gonna get celcom exec (rm20) plus intenet (RM68) , so monthly oni pay RM88.. no contract .. so easy.

Anyone receive a message from 361-81 that claims that get the latest ringtones? And it eat up RM4.00 is it? coz when i check my unbilled amount increase by RM4

Whats wrong with Maxis?

I've been waiting for my bill until today.

I've been told my Bill Cycle is on the 7th every month.

Been checking on Maxis Portal no bill was displayed for November.

Damn, when I check on Un-billed amount I notice the amount have decrease.

That must means the amount must have been recorded somewhere.

I need my bill..

Ya krayz_underground, I am waiting for my bill too. For some reason, can't even login Maxis portal. Have set for auto credit card payment, so far no payment yet by checking credit card account.

Dial *100#, balance/usage is zero. Guess I have to be patience....

hi i signed up from maxis iphone ivalue-2 plan last month. yesterday i got my first ball.even though i'm having 667 minutes free calls, for every call i made i was charged 6sen/30 seconds. Did anyone else experience this? Thank you.

may I know how to identify the billing cycle please? is it for example billing date is 10th of the month, meaning on the 10th all my voice+data will be reset to 0? need to noe this in order to track my usage....newbie to ivalue 1

You will still see a list of call charges, but if you check on the Account Summary-Discount & Rebates, should see a "Amount deducted from available Value Plus Talktime" The 667 mins will be deducted from your total charges.

Sometimes I also dun ever understand how they count it... Every month I checked my unbilled amount not exceed than 155 but when the bill came out 200++ ,I called customer services before and they told me a lot of reason said I use sms a lot some said I use data bla bla... But one thing is they told me unbilled amount is mean those tat I used not include freebies...kinda blur here...can someone tell me what is unbilled amount?

Unbilled amount is the amount that is not yet full-month to print the monthly statement.

If your monthly statement is high, try ask for the detail bills, and read the summary which item is exceeding the cost.

@cute_boboi you're not helping. unbilled amount is whatever you've used, but your telco has not done any processing (contra for extra payment, package deals etc)

1st, i dont see any need for unlimited, unless u use ur 3g for tethering, then i dont see any need for unlimited usage with limited coverage area.
1GB is definitely enough for ur whatsapp, viber, fb and even viber.

yes ur billing cycle is 7th but u need to give sometimes for maxis to process ur bill out.
on ur 8th ur unbilled amount will refresh and u need around 2-3 days to received ur exact bill.
