I believe we all have the wisdom and freedom to choose believe or not to believe.

On that premise, i agree to the statement completely, if "recently have few newbies" and "I am IT people" being removed.

gather all Serena & Zarra buyers of Bandar Puteri puchong at www.serenaputeri6.blogspot.com...

I don't think IOI provide G&G.... hope they build a proper GUARD HOUSE at the main road
at Puteri 6/7 and hope all purchasers co-operate to set-up a STrong RA...like those
in Puteri 8 (security really tight.... the main entrance got minimum 2 guards...and another
3 guards going round....) and Puteri 6 IXORA guard not bad too biggrin.gif

ya Puteri 6 guard is very good and helpful too. What I most not happy about some of the house owner there is that you can see them driving big BMW car but the small amount of guard fee they refuse to contribute, really "cheap-skate" fella. vmad.gif

Vistaria Ichiban? The market will prove it true or not. IOI had so many problems selling Vistaria. They offered so many freebies to later buyers and lower price. The early buyers complained and IOI had to compensate them will free 46" Samsung LCD TV and some cash refund.

I was one of the potential buyers of Vistaria. I remember my first time visiting the place and was wowed by the design but wasn't too impressed with the price (908k for 24x130 at that time). Visited again about a month later, and was a bit more down to earth, design is still very nice (similar to Laman Sierramas West ~RM720k for 24x90) but finishing was way below the better ones eg. USJ Heights RM750k for 24x80. In the end IOI had to give a 70k discount before Vistaria started selling but after 3 visits I knew it wasn't worth the money and IOI was just there to milk the people who wanted to stay close to SRJKC Ladang Harcroft...

If I were to buy from IOI I'd buy one in Bandar Puteri itself, it's newer and doesn't feel so unkept as the rest of Puchong.

I agree with you about getting a property in BPP. Its definately a better choice than those in Puchong Jaya Vistaria.

One thing I don't about Vistaria surrounding is that if u take a look around the area, you will realised they are situated in place which you can consider not condusive to stay. They have Taman Puncak Kinrara as your neighbour with some low cost flat and also a lot of big dirty factory area. Right beside those factory there is this long strecth of road which is very dark at night, you won't know when you will get rob or mug by some dirty cop, just like what happen to my brother on the way home, he stay in Taman Puncak Kinrara double storey house. The places are so full of foreigner working in the factory around the area. I am not saying all foreigner is bad, just better be safe then sorry.

How I know? Because I know one of the owner and saw the LCD TV when I visited the house.

Usually developer cannot "throw price" mar. If you give 50K to 80K discount to the late buyers, then the early buyer will sure "tulan" mar. Then how the early buyers gonna sell their house in future? Sell at loss?

So, IOI have to give and take lor. Else nobody will buy from IOI anymore.

Actually, in a way, IOI is also quite responsible lar. thumbup.gif

Other developers sure ask you to fly kite if you want to get compensation. vmad.gif

yes..can confirm this...the first buyer not lose anything..money + LCD TV.(I purposely ask my fren after read replied from Yunasleca to confirm)

I think if Vistaria built at BPP ...the sell much easier...
biggrin.gif I like the Vistaria design overall but not the location at Puchong Jaya...if Vistaria@BPP much better.

This depends on buyer opinions and different preferences...there are Zarra buyers whom dissapointed coz no courtyard and low ceiling
compare to Serena. mad.gif However no choice, Serena DST no more liow...Zarra ok also larr...still sapu.

I got a copy of the Zarra landscape from the IOI sales person last Sat, around 50 unit sold. Only 1 corner unit left. Really amazing, just soft-launched on Friday and almost 50 unit sold. This Zarra is more like the conventional type according to the sales person. No courtyard , 12' ft ceiling for ground and 11' ft at the 1st floor. I thought they will replicate the Serena concept. But seems its a totally different design.

Luckily I made the right choice of choosing Serena. I love the courtyard and the ceilling height the most. thumbup.gif

heard that ZARRA 2 storey sales really good....now left will few units .... but 2.5 storey still a lot...
and SERENA only left 3 units... I think for those 2.5 buyers...better grab the remaining
SERENA....due the unique design, high ceiling, bigger bathroom at masterroom, and cheaper...

Yes ..everybody have their own wisdom to believe or not..overall i can see the Peak Buyers, Olivia Buyers, Serena buyers(now getting
increase), banker, IOI-staff(now maybe...) , Gamuda supporter, DPC, Wawasan, Taman Putra Prima,BU, USJ, tasik Prima etc at this thread....

sometimes the info here help us to update about BPP and Puchong ..we just need to confirm the info later on and better than know nothing..
IOI-staff here???..i am happy there are here... rclxms.gif at least they know what their Buyers and investors demand. I see the Zest thread also...
their developer see all of their reply too.. This is cyber world, it should be infinity and no limitation of info.
