I was one of the potential buyers of Vistaria. I remember my first time visiting the place and was wowed by the design but wasn't too impressed with the price (908k for 24x130 at that time). Visited again about a month later, and was a bit more down to earth, design is still very nice (similar to Laman Sierramas West ~RM720k for 24x90) but finishing was way below the better ones eg. USJ Heights RM750k for 24x80. In the end IOI had to give a 70k discount before Vistaria started selling but after 3 visits I knew it wasn't worth the money and IOI was just there to milk the people who wanted to stay close to SRJKC Ladang Harcroft...If I were to buy from IOI I'd buy one in Bandar Puteri itself, it's newer and doesn't feel so unkept as the rest of Puchong.
