U mean USJ subsales?
Old house means another 100k to 200k for renovation, re-piping, re-cabling etc.. etc.. at the end the cost spent almost the same.
It's a matter of choise anyway.

Different piping (i think is copper type) is needed to carry the hot water from water tank to outlet and then need to be centralized as well, normal pvc pipe cannot tahan the hot water.
If piping is not prepared to support hot water, then got to hack the wall & change the piping system.

Not sure that's correct, some one with experience can verify??

Look at different perspective, infact DPC is even more "commercialized" than IOI. IOI build township and at least willing to spend money to actively promote their township to a busy state... of course at the end of the day they could sell more.

On the other hand, DPC's developer is just plain lucky to own the land. Look at DPC website.. none of the 9 highlighted facilities is within their own township, they don't need to spend a single cent out of their township... tat's why they afford to build large garden cool2.gif cool2.gif

Heard from sources...the next phase of Bdr Puteri Puchong residential (last phase)...will be approx.
RM30K higher... so a 2 storey house will be around RM560K and 2.5 storey RM660K...

I think the 2.5 sty serena are quite nice...the design, courtyard and the good location ! tongue.gif

most new launches in bpp normally comes with "Smart Home Alarm System".
What actually does the "Smart Home" mean... a brand name or something extra on top of Alarm System?
Anyone knows?
