saw their latest phase the Serena...22x75 double storey house....(by IOI group)...do u think is worth investing ?

RM525K onwards

noticed that the properties there keep increasing with every new phase !

leasehold or freehold?
the location?
but u buy 525k property for invest or self live?

bandar puteri puchong is freehold.

The price is ridiculous, 22*75 in Puchong got so many and better priced as well.

Whats so great about Serena that could possibly justify the cost other than buyers perception.

BPP price has been quite stagnant this few years as developer was already selling at RM400k few years back..

I think BPP is now over-priced. You will not see much capital appreciation since the entry cost is so high

puchong ehh..so much better place..

Half a million for dbl storey??...

Personally prefer BK instead, more peaceful

i think almost sold out for the 2 storey...now left with the 2 1/2 storey (starting from RM628K) heard starting
next week all extra RM10K

i think its a bit isolated,
good for rich people who have servants and drivers,
can just tell the drivers and servants to go buy stuff
i could be wrong,
haven't been to BPP in a while.

wow.. many rich men in puchong, terrace house selling more that 1/2 million so fast finishing, some more price increase in this economic condition

effective today the 2storey type Serena...price increased to RM548K and inter 2 1/2 storey increased to RM638K

what the ...increase 20k? reason?

to create a fake impression that the property is selling like hot cakes? Seriously, half a mil for terrace house........

i still like it, the location is fantastic.

website only stated 538,800, not 548k yet.

is RM528 K to RM538K.... all the 2 storey almost sold out....now still
available for 2 1/2 storey RM628K

Wondering what is the plan in the ioi-intellicity? Will there be suddenly a few high rise building next to Serena?
