from the scale model of bdr puteri puchong, u can see that the last phase TH, the end lots mostly facing junction, not so good, unless IOI do some changes on the layout..
Added on June 8, 2009, 3:13 pmanybody notice that the Serena car porch is quite short and not wide enough? i drove my car inside the car porch at the 2nd unit beside show house, not much spae left for 2nd car, not to mention if u drive big car or MPV. Also no space for u to dry u shirt, unless u dry it at courtyard. This post has been edited by JayC75: Jun 8 2009, 03:13 PM |

QUOTE(Cyberiq @ Jun 16 2009, 08:20 AM) ... Taman Putra Prima is good then as example..got park homes ...with few acres of land just for Park ... ya..i staying at tmn putra prima, too many parks instead. Almost each phase have their own park...quite nice but too further in, that the problem, it takes 10km just to reach Tesco Puchong!and IOI should take this as example. Maintainance fee less than avg 40/month. IOI BPP...Garden City, Smart Lifestyles This post has been edited by JayC75: Jun 16 2009, 08:59 AM |

QUOTE(HW-Racer @ Jun 20 2009, 10:47 AM) any idea whether Serean 2.5 storey has been sold out or not ?? the new launch of Serena 2... The layout is not finalise yet, and guess will launch in 3 months time as the complete date is Nov 2011, considering 2 yrs construction period for TH.should be within 1 or 2 months time....with smaller built-up and higher pricing ! i think serena 2 should have a bigger car porch than Serena 1... yes, it will have a bigger car porch which is GOOD! existing serena car porch is just too short. QUOTE(moopok @ Jun 24 2009, 04:30 PM) It has to be balance..serena is simply too short, remember in my earlier post i drove my car to the empty unit beside the show house, not much space left when u consider driving big car (camry, accord, MPV). And i wonder why IOI don wan fully extend the back, tell me what u gonna do with the 2ft plus land at the back? |

QUOTE(trojant @ Jun 25 2009, 11:29 AM) car like accord is around 4945mm ~ 16.25 ft.. so any car porch with 20ft is enuf... Just cant imagine toyota's people mover or somebody call it moving freezer, the Toyota Alphard...how to park? Getting more and more each day on the road...just probably need better skills during parking, else might hit into the living room |

QUOTE(moopok @ Jun 25 2009, 03:24 PM) IOI is extremely stingy, small porch & narrow roads. What to do, we all still "jampi" by IOI to buy their hses. yes the road is just too narrow, bukit kemuning shah alam is good, wide road and clean, seldom see any stone/sand in front of ur house and landscaping also good. |
