Look like ceiling high likes Primerose??? 12 Feets high Ceiling..

ZARRA133-134..can built a 3K complex like Subang , improve the traffic, built primary & secondary school without
affect the traffic of main road just like Bandar Puchong Jaya and plant more trees...... thumbup.gif
then BPP can appreciate much much better... u can see BPP residents wish list and dislike through this thread
and tell the boss up there...win more award upcoming year. BPP is IOI image... flex.gif

i understand that most 2 storey with good locaiton/direction/good&neutral numbers all almost
taken up !!! but 2.5 storey still a lot.... I think the serena 2.5 storey is a better buy (those
left over units still available) 1) is cheaper, 2) advance construction, 3) bigger built-up

basically the Zarra design is very similar to the previous phase known as LILAC biggrin.gif

Vistaria sold out liow...no more liow... 850K...

Vistaria design very good ..ichiban ..i like the lower ground of the house.... can make party and have own bar....resort
lifestyle. thumbup.gif ...if built at BPP maybe sell easily.

IOI should built more good design house like Vistaria, Serena, Zarra and Skyville...... tongue.gif unfortunately....last terrace in BPP... tongue.gif

OOPs, being a "newbies" here, i got myself inevitably implicated.
Nothing wrong, i guess that is a reasonable and fair inferance, though got nothing to do with IT or Non IT.

Be that as it may, truth remains true regardless who says it.
A genuine advice can turn up to be a wrong advise anyway, isn't it.

I believe we all have the wisdom and freedom to choose believe or not to believe.

On that premise, i agree to the statement completely, if "recently have few newbies" and "I am IT people" being removed.

Cheers to all BPP buyers, atleast some paper gains...

is Vistaria the one tat is next to Hacroft school? Near by they have factory, still prefer bandar puteri area.

got alot pp disappointed cos didnt even it is opened for booking

so i just stick to SERENA tongue.gif now pray for loan approval

i heard currently OCBC is the lowest -2.4 ??

Saturday i just went to ioi sales off, stil have a lot double storey unit wat...i go around 11.00am... hmm.gif

impossible 138 unit sold out in fews day.....

not all 2storeys lo, but i saw the plan is like almost those nearer to main road are sold... 2.5storeys still got quiet a sum tho...

Vistaria Ichiban? The market will prove it true or not. IOI had so many problems selling Vistaria. They offered so many freebies to later buyers and lower price. The early buyers complained and IOI had to compensate them will free 46" Samsung LCD TV and some cash refund.
