First let me say all my songs are MP3's, so definitely no DRM here. A few days back, I noticed 2 of my albums can't play on iTunes anymore, if you click play on them nothing happens. I tested on WMP and they are fine. So I deleted one of the album from my iTunes and maybe try to re-add them from iTunes. I couldn't add it back anymore. Since this album is gone from my iTunes, I supposed during my next sync with my iPhone it will be gone from there too. So, I experimented with the other album that is giving problem. I moved it from one directory to another to try and 'cheat' iTunes. iTunes asked for the location, which I pointed to the new location, yet it still won't play. I updated it to 9.0.3 but that doesn't solve my problem and then I tried running the .exe file to repair my iTunes but it still doesn't solve this problem.

I'm using Windows XP Pro 32 bit. Anyone can advice me here?

By the way: Mods, if this is the wrong section, please move it to the right one. Thanks all in advance.

Edit: Solved. It was bad taggings, I removed the taggings and rebuild all the MP3 files and now they are OK.

Please help!!!! After updated the itunes to 9.0.3,now when I plug in my iphone to

when i restore my 3gs from Itunes it show this error.

" The iphone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

bro for current 3.1.3 you cant restore back as usual...if you have jailbroken and "making your life easy" in cydia then you can shift restore...

HI, currently i am having an issue after jailbroken my friends ipod touch and iphone 3g. Version for both firmware : 3.0 7A341 and use redsnow 0.7.2(2) for jailbreak.

The problem i facing now is unable to install applications as having error in transferring the application to the iphone and ipod touch itself. I only successfully done my own ipod touch but failed to do for the other 2. Any guideline?

After jailbroken i only updated cydia... i wonder did i miss out any steps? Please guide me on this. I think i might forgotten some steps. The itunes version i having now is 8.2.1.6.

Are you trying to install legit apps from App Store?

try updating your iTunes to the latest version that is 9.0.3...Then try syncing your phone again...

You don't ask for help by criticizing! There's a reason why no one answers you! And since you said the place is dead, we might as well play dead and not even point you to the right track, let alone afford you an answer.

Do you think by saying "this place is dead" will get you the answers? You asked the question @ 12.41am and expect a fast answer from people here? You think people in here works for you, that you demand a quick answer? It's not even 24 hours yet since you asked the question. You think people don't have anything to do on a saturday then just answering your question? This is a forum, not a call center. Be nice and people will eventually help you (if they know the answers).

Since I don't have anything to do this Saturday, I'll answer you question (just because I'm feeling helpful).

Just sync your iPhone with outlook. Look in iTunes under Contacts section. What ever changes to your phone will be copied to outlook and vice versa. If I'm not mistaken, it will ask if you want to copy from iPhone to outlook, outlook to iPhone (which you don't want to do) and merge both contacts.

If that does not help you, maybe try elaborating more on your problem of "having a hard time trying to sync it back to outlook 2007". Most of the people here are not psychic.

I've recently switched to iTunes from WMP and to my dismay, I can't play WMA files natively. iTunes just presents me with the option to convert the file to MP3. I did some googling and it seems that is the best solution available, however just to double check,

Is there any add-on I can install to allow me to play and add WMA files to iTunes nativesly?
