bro maybe you can try to deauthorize all account in your i tunes then reauthorize back your pc..the it will be fine...

Ho...just want to ask that..I have been having a problem to view my top tens or any albums in iTunes on my iPhone..?can I know wats wrong..I tried rebooting the phone but the app is still the same...in apps store I can view...

you cab try to back up all the files..first before you sync...then it's ok..

well actually before you format you should copied the library and safe it in your external..and then after formatting you need to paste back the library..all you apps and music will be there..but if didn't then you can repurchase again one by one...what ever you have bought is still free...

first..copy the library file of the iTunes from your dad pc and paste it on your pc..later try opening iTunes with your pc without connecting to your phone..if it doesn't open.. Then try reinstalling the iTunes and open it.. Once ur ok with that.. Copy the library file into the iTunes.. Sync to your phone.. All the apps will be there...

bro for current 3.1.3 you cant restore back as usual...if you have jailbroken and "making your life easy" in cydia then you can shift restore...

try updating your iTunes to the latest version that is 9.0.3...Then try syncing your phone again...

well it should work..but i have reading that most of them cant shift restore....not sure what is the reason...anyway..if dont mind just update to 3.1.3...

if all of that doesn't including the dfu mode..try bring it back singtel..maybe they can solve or any hardware problem there would be a replacement...

itunes you need a new version and make sure you download the correct file..in could be 64 bit or 32 bit

Go to file in iTunes ...try export your data to desktop..or you can also go iTunes folder on the c drive..copy the complete library file...save that file on the different partition or another harddisk...after reformatting install iTunes..them import back your files...

yes it will delete...have copied the library before formating your pc????

don't sync with your iPhone with the iTunes first...redownload back the apps...and once you have everything then sync it with your phone..at least you know which app you have..

First to import your library in the iTunes...copy the imported library file and to be in the safe site copy the library file in the iTunes folder on your c drive.. Then paste it on your new desktop... Try importing the files..I think your most recent back up and application will be there...but music..movie which are not purchased..you need put them back again or relocate the file in iTunes..

but make sure that if your locked phone...plz dont restore for 3gs..

what is the error pop out...
