You will most likely get KVR only. General IT store seldom keep stock for KTA.

Hey hey, just came back from Digital Mall. Upgraded my MBP 15' 2010 to 8GB RAM with Kingston KTA RAM... The technician at C-Zone was generous enough to help me install and also clean the excess dust with brush lol. So far no problem. hehehe.

blu3chip: Can try Kingston, Corsair or Mushkin. But the Apple certified ram usually cost more..... Just now i went to C-Zone the 4GB 1066mhz one slot value RAM they're selling it at rm105+ kinda cheap tho.

How much you paid for the 1066 KTA? Is it kit set?

I paid rm300 for it. I don't think it's a kit set because both RAM don't come together in one package.. But i was kinda surprise, i thought KTA ram would cost about rm200 for one module...

Where can I buy Apple certified SSD? From what I understand, only Apple certified SSDs can use TRIM support in OSX..

Are you sure that there's apple certified SSD in the normal market?

@BRY7 No I'm not sure myself. But Apple certified RAMs are right? If they are not in the normal market, how are we gonna use SSDs with TRIM support in our Macs?

Hopefully Lion will support TRIM for third party SSDs
