How to drive economically? Hmmm.... My way would be always only 80km~90km/h, and never rev kao kao. Plan your journey so you don't have to rush all the time. Try to maintain your RPM not to exceed 3K.

I'm driving auto and fix in a LCP, this is also another factor.

Actually my colleague also complain of the FC too...But his car is only 1 week old, guess he will have to wait until 3rd or 4th service then only can see the pattern.

true...hypermile it
but 1 thing u dn't follow hypermiling is u have to go over 80KM/H where the IAFM is open
it really helps

I hope they come out full spec 1.6 all colors, then i sure buy..but scared long waiting list also..
*
if u want the 1.6...u better be prepared to have quite bad FC
cuz it doesn't equipped with IAFM
but if u really want a car...FC really doesn't matter

actually iafm / cps consume more fuel than plain campro

fuel efficient doesnt always mean low fuel consumption

m-line = medium line
b-line = base line

For RM50 I can go about 350km 30% City 70% Highway.

Using Shell Green. 6+K mileage.

Mostly on highway maintain a speed of about 90-100kmph and sometimes clear highway 120kmph.

Never try V-power before, but heard from seniors who uses other cars said that it's not worth it. It is very powerful alright, but not worth the price.

Oh ya, I'm driving auto car. Usually, I tried to maintain my speed around 90-100km/h. I do think i always rev, that why i have a higher FC. But, compare to other Sifu here which can get a 400+km for 1 full tank really make me wonder, is it possible for me to reach.

oh ya, saw a forumer providing tinted for 1 car which cost rm180, maybe i wanna try that.

VPower I think you won't feel on smaller cars like BLM, more on bigger cc cars and not worth it really.

Juz 9k mileage only ~ rclxub.gif I rev to 2~2.5rpm nia ~

LCP = Lightened Crank Pulley. which work as the main pulley to run the other pulley like, pump or air-cond. I was actually referring to my ride Myvi auto. Checked already, Saga BLM cannot fit or change one because of ATC...sorry.

Most of the people will say that using different petrol can gain different mileage, to me i would say the difference is insignificant as it all still very much depend on your driving pattern.

oh yes, the default/factory iafm has prob. this os confirmed by proton foreman.

i heard something in front or at the bottom of my blm auto 2 weeks back, and i sent my blm auto and the proton manager says 'no need to wait for the replacement iafm parts to come. some have been waiting since january 2009!!!' so i followed his recomendation and got mine 'modified'. i dint know what it meant but mine was 'modified' instead of waiting for the newer or better (?) batch of iafm. but free though to get it replaced.....

also, like someone here, my steering begins to hear "jweet jweet' sound. the sound is soft but sounded like wind blowing softly ..... proton foreman said most likely it was the 'bearing' ..... they dint repair it as they told me to 'wait for the sound to get louder first' ..... wa ha ha ... like this also can .... !@#$$#%^$# dont know safe to drive fast or not geh?

stil my main prob is the fc. at rm50 for 200km, it s robbing my hard earn $$$$$$$
