does this ibesupport@malaysiaairlines.com really works? i called MAS careline and they refer me to this email coz i bought the ticket online. Tried to search MAS website but couldnt find this email address.

Hi all sifu, i have enquires here, i understand that Senior Citizen, mean age > 55 and above can entile for 50% if you purchasse MAS tickets. however, i try to book for my uncle.. no button click on senior citizen, how to entile for 50% disounts? Need your help

if im not mistaken, we cant book senior citizen ticket online.. we need to go to the agency.. and we need to book 1 mth in advance..

hi...do anyone know how long usually it takes for ibesupport@malaysiaairlines.com will reply the e-mail.
i e-mailed them last week regarding my ticket but haven't received the feedback yet.

i made a payment for my flight booking through maybank2u. i have statement from the bank that the transfer is successful but i didn't receive my itinerary through email and the booking is not in my booking list... and i didn't copy down the booking number. what should i do now?

Was put through the IBEsupport staff.. and was informed that i can cancel and get my refund.. even gave me the cancellation ref. num. Ehhh..MAS kenot hv such as bad attitude wan compare to AA...We all pay gold & not peanut to MAS hor..

hmm next time book with credit card loh.. i used credit card and instantly dapat email itinery from MAS liao. very efficient

End up, i just ignore the email.. i have nothing to say liao coz fed-up already with their attitude. best way to deal with companies is to always go to visit them and kacau them in person. i think it is much more efficient. go to MAS office and yell at them loh. the only thing you should do on the phone with MAS is to change ticket date, because they tell you on the phone that you need to pay penalty rm150. but when you go pick up the ticket its no charge sometimes heheh. but i think if you changed ticket dates at the office, for sure they charge you there and then.
