best way to deal with companies is to always go to visit them and kacau them in person. i think it is much more efficient. go to MAS office and yell at them loh. the only thing you should do on the phone with MAS is to change ticket date, because they tell you on the phone that you need to pay penalty rm150. but when you go pick up the ticket its no charge sometimes heheh. but i think if you changed ticket dates at the office, for sure they charge you there and then.
