it was fun, and learned alot of stuff...
deadlift and squat is the main thingy we learn today as that is what we basically lack of knowledge, the correct form i mean...
coach wu and pizzaboy is friendly
and also, played the pizzaboy game, and seriously, 5 sets can kill ady... cant imagine doing 8 sets
besides that, learned some basic stuff like the build for bodybuilder/weightlifer, train for muscle/strength thingy...
ohya, we also get to see pizzaboy and his coach perform squat... pizzaboy with 170kgs, while coach wu did 219kgs
side note : y only pizzaboy's face is covered?
