Are the sports facilities in Monash Malaysia good? I believe it's quite a small campus compared to Nottingham.. and I really hope that it's more than meet the eyes hmm.gif I wonder why is Monash Malaysia so highly rated?

erm.. you have

- gym
- ping pong
- pool (snooker)
- futsal
- basketball

... Sports Planet is just a few blocks away too if you can't book the futsal court. And lots of badminton courts nearby.

I met my friend yesterday who are going to transfer to CAULFIELD, and she told me that we don't have to take engineering maths unless you want to go CLAYTON. This is assured by caulfield's department. Part of my friends are going to caulfield this sem, some of them did the unit, some did not.

So what to do now? I seriously don't feel like taking it, the tutorial is like 3 hours long, will definitely kill me lol.
*
hi i just got reply from caulfield.they say if you have yr 12 maths aka preu or cambridge a level.dont need to take eng maths.

Yea I think I've also heard somewhere that we can use Sunway's swimming pool.
Sunway students can also use Monash Library. So I think we can use their library as well. Not sure about this though.

If you wanna compare the campus, then I think Notthingham is definitely bigger and has better facilities.
But imo, it's all the way out in Semenyih. My friend studying there says it can be quite boring there but less distractions during exam time. smile.gif

you need to get a pass from Monash's swimming club to use the swimming pool in Sun-U Residence..
it's a olympic-size pool and from what I heard, it's not so clean..

maybe you could try carpooling? yeah, where do students park usually if they can't find any parking inside?
it's sure going to be full by the time our orientation starts.
