Footsies is the use of normal moves (tend to be low attacks/sweeps), normally done to knock down the opponent.

lol i've always thought footsies = footwork, keeping the optimum distance and all.

btw, can anyone log into PSN at all?

EDIT: So I finished watching it, I think your bro needs to crossup more. Crossup + tick throw mixups = hot money (aka damage).

Also, he does not hit confirm I think. For instance, he went from blocked cHP to LK Tatsu. Maybe he should invest more in jab jab cMK combos so that he can hit confirm more easily.
