I won't be playing with SF4 until Screamyx fixes their shit. Been having connectivity problems since yesterday.

last night after few attempts to join symphony88's invitation which only succeed after 1/2 hour trying, i am quite surprise to see the connection is 5 green bar...first time seeing that, all the while connect to local player is 4 green bar only.

So, any further impressions?

There have been gameplay changes. According to SRK the following have been confirmed:

- Fei Long's HK Chickenwing Kick does less damage and has more invulnerability frames. Not sure about frame differences yet.
- Zangief's lariat doesn't hit low after the first rotation (REJOICE!)
- Cammy and Rose's EX throw special moves do the same damage as their non-EX versions. Previously, the EX versions did less damage.

As for the Championship mode, there's slight lag when choosing Network Battle now. However, searching for games I feel is much faster, and overall the connection seems to be smoother when you actually can connect.

^ ya, after dl the championship thing , i go network , lag for few sec ,i think it suck @_@ , if i cant accept ppl invitation i need to bear that lagging more! argh!

i have not been able to log in to PSN ever since the update...

i just totally lost connection to PSN last night.

Had the same problem until I reset my router and it seems to be much better now.

saw you online just now symphony but i had troubles connecting to PSN so couldnt invite you to play..

Hey is none playing championship mode in Malaysia? I can't seem to find any players with a good connection.. Come on guys play la.. I'm curious to know what happen if I win a final

When you win a final, you go up to the next rank.

For added fun, sometimes when you win a final, the game will say that it didn't conclude properly, so you have to restart that tournament all over again.

Capcom must have changed the network mode to make people connect easier too. Just now I found an opponent that has full bar connection. 5 bars.

I had to check outside to see if the sky is falling. This NEVER happened to me on my connection before.

Yeah. Searching for matches is particularly fast now I feel, as is connecting.

Even failing is much faster. Last time I got up to 2 minutes before "Unable to play" occurred. Now it's a more reasonable 20 seconds or so.

noob question: how to get these extra costumes for SF4? do we have to pay for it or its free?

just now against 1 unknown fella unranked match(3 bar ftw)...9 matches total with 6 win for him and i get 3 win,last match i use Ken without using any single spinning kicks,hadokens or uppercuts...just plain punching n kicking...and win! so lucky hahaha
