Hi all, i just back from amansiara to take my key...yeah..finally can get in .. Mmm, interior is consider ok, just some of the wall oledi crack a bit, n the main problem is the car porch , i think this is the main concern of my neighbour of jln amansiara 1/5, we really cant park 2nd car in front our house..
And i visited the house which doing the renovation now, the worker there talked us that was show house, the reno will done within 1-2weeks time.. and surprising is they pecah the wall between the dry n wet kitchen area, they said developer allowed wor.. n they also pecah the window area of the main door, make it to smaller window, is this allowed also ??? If can, then i will also pecah my kitchen wall, cos this will make the kitchen look bigger, thats really ... then we all no need headaches of the kitchen area..u all can visit this house if u hav time..
btw, phase 2 n 3 almost done, all oledi built up n paint, just the main road havent done..
And great that i met my few neighbours at sunday, nice to meet u all ~

Thanks for the update. have they taken down the barriers/walls separating p2/p3 with p1 ? or you peeked into the holes between those walls to see the p2/p3 progress?

So strange for developer to built a showhouse at this time, since almost all the units had been sold, why they bother to spend $$ on it to attract buyers for last few remaining unsold units? I guess anyone can enter the area now and "pretend" to become customer to visit the showhouse.

The worker said show house...he means the show house of the contractor which own that unit. I talk to him (the owner), he will finish the work in two weeks time. After that we can visit his house and see the sample la..so if u interested, can ask him to reno yr house also.

ya, i believe that is the contractor house, they wan attract business also ..hehe.. btw, if their work is nice n affortable then i will consider also.. rclxms.gif and for the phase2 n 3, there are no barrier oledi, we can direct view from phase 1, just we cant walk further more to the house , bcos there hav guard , he said the phase 2 n 3 still no complete all, so we cant walk in to the house ..

huh?? Then what can we do if we have submitted LAD claim? Resubmit again later on?

From what I understand from that meeting, we have to cancel the LAD claim and submit a new one....but until when I'm not so sure..either there is a letter from the Dev. saying that our facilities are ready to use or else...Looks like our snp different from each other, some said the facilities (clause 2.7 I think) was mentioned and some not....so how?....Refer to snp la kot....... ohmy.gif

What u mean no need to renovate.......i own p2 (4th floor)....the stairs to enter my house in without tiles, need to make kitchen cabinet...grill.......also a wall saperate between kitchen & hall.......all owner want their house to look nice......have u already visit your hse????if yes..what do u think???bathroom ceiling, car pouch.......

i think all snp is d same format because it is governed by housing development act, the snp is under schedule H, all content is d same, nobody can amend, whether your property has any common facility or not in snp clause still mention common facility, so what you all need to check is the attachment of your snp, first schedule should be plan, third schedule should be stages payment, forth schedule should be specification, there should be one attachment, i m not sure in your snp what schedule it call, that page which mention your name, lot number, built up etc, if you have common facility there should have info, if you do not see any common facility in that page, most likely your property do not have any common facility. please check before you submit your claim, if you do not entitle to common facility and yet you claim you just give excuse to developer to delay the LAD reply, that is my opinion. normally all the schedule(attachment) is after the signing page.

cabinet and grills means the ID work. I thought town house and apartment same, no need to do any wet work.

Just want to inform you guys that please be very careful when talk to your S&P lawyer. Becouse you guys must still remember we are using the same S&P lawyer with the developer and for you guys info. Our S&P lawyer it's the developer sister.

Hi everyone,

Need a favor from those who frequented this forum.

May I know whether when Phase 3 will be completed and be given CF? Supposedly it should be end of this year?
Seemed like mostly are well completed but we cant go into the area because access card is needed. I would say good job for the security guards there, but too bad because I really wanted to look hows the progress of my lot...

someone pls enlighten me...Thanks in advance.

Option 1) I'm sure since its weekend tomorow, many p1-ers who have the keys might go visit their units again. you can try chat them up and tumpang their car inside.

Option 2) Wait and try make contacts/tumpang P1-ers LYN members who might be reading this now and also who will visit the site tomorow.

Option 3) If your P3 unit is the front-most row, I've some pics taken last month showing the house completed (from the outside). Now they're doing roads. The pics are in previous 5 - 10 pages of this thread I guess.
