I am new. Phase I owner. Got my keys in Jan 09.
I have borang E from developer, do I need the Architect Cert to claim LAD? Please advise.

for this kind of pattern, normally we charge rm8/sq. ft for window and rm 10/sq. ft. for door and the material are 12mmx25mmx1.0mm only

Hi KockYoong,
Since most of our car pouch is short and just nice to fit in a small car, I wonder if we can make the grill for the main door be foldable with the default design by developer?

Payment for the extra card is an issue. But I think the main issue now is how many cars per family can go in? Where can we park our 2nd and 3rd cars?

Spoken to the show house contractor. There is no black and white from Mr. Kwa or the management that the show house design is approved. It is just a face-to-face approval. When contractor shows Mr. Kwa where he wants to build a wall and where he wants to remove the windows, Mr. Kwa says "ok, ok." But mana black and white? Later the RM3K kena makan cause tak follow rules pulak.

Absolutely agreed! But they gila issued warning letter to one of the owner who went in to own house just to pasang lights. Can see they are so gila for money. I wonder if after few months I want to add on some new lights or change just a light bulb, will they ask me to pay 3K deposit or not.

Can someone confirm the process to submit the renovation form?
I do not want to waste time to go to architect office then run to mps and then repeat the same thing again to Mr Kwa what am I going to do to my house. It is so non sense to make us running here and there just for minor works.

He told me the same!! Even when I asked if i can add extra power point on wall. He said as long as hacking a little hole on wall, get approval. What a rule! BTW, I am at L2. I am not going to use bricks to build the wall to divide living room and kitchen. I am going to use board material. I am not going to remove the 2 small windows and door at kicthen as they said they want us to maintain the exterior look.

Caserini Design Sdn Bhd (Puchong or Klang)

I have ordered a wardrobe during furniture fair. Requested them to delivery last SAT, said will be at my place 2pm. Waited till 7pm baru sampai with a wrong measurement wardrobe, arguements blah blah blah and force to order a custom made wardrobe with extra charges. Morning I got a call from them again promise to send it by 2pm. 2pm I sampai rumah and called them...they cakap baru finish loaded the furnitures to lorry but kena pigi Cyberjaya dulu. Blah blah blah again said 4 - 5pm boleh sampai. 5.30pm I called them again. Omg, still at Cyberjaya. Crossing fingers now see what time they can reach.

Bad service!!! Ingat I tak payah kerja duduk kat rumah tunggu aje.
