I went to developer office to submit LAD claim. The lady looked cool aje and didn't mention anything about CF.

im doing the grilles that i have post few week ago, hope u guys still remember me.

i just got the design for the grilles main door (only) and i found that they are giving inaccurate materials such as 25 x 38 x 3mm thk M.S. hollow section frame, there are no such material. another one is 12 x 12 x 3mm m.s. hollow, the thickest is 1.2mm only 

base on the design, i change the 25x38x3mm to 25x50x3mm and 12x12x3mm to 12x12x1.2mm and the price for the door only are RM500.00


but normally all the owner wanted a cheaper price. all the material above which is 3mm thick change to 1.2mm thick and maintain the 25x5mm m.s. plate which will cost around RM350.00 only

other windows grille is open( any design also can ) which is inform by the wirama.

for this kind of pattern, normally we charge rm8/sq. ft for window and rm 10/sq. ft. for door and the material are 12mmx25mmx1.0mm only

During the meeting with HBA, we were told to claim common facilities as well as it stated in the handbook. The LAD still continue until water meter installed and running.

- sliding door (6*7)        = RM 420.00
- kicthen door (2.5*7)    = RM 175.00
- M.bedroom door (3*7) = RM 210.00
- Entrance door (3*7)     = RM 210.00
- window (1.5*4) 2units  = RM  84.00
- window (2*4) 3units     = RM 168.00
- window (1.5*3) 2units  = RM  63.00
- window (4*4) 3units     = RM 336.00
- 2unit emergency door  = RM  60.00
  
     TOTAL                      = RM 1,726.00

all material above are using 1.0mm*12mm*12mm and 1.0mm*25mm*25mm(frame) for window ;
5mm*25mm M.S plate , 1.0mm*25mm*25mm (frame) and 1.0mm*12mm*12mm for door (according to drawing)
all grille above are painted with ONE layer coat only.

hi  all aman siara owner: about the access card we only get one.i think most us got two car.is it? how about another access card?the second card need to charge RM100 and deposit RM100.total is RM 200.how can? Deposit for what?anyone can tell me?thanks    

actually if i were to renovate internal & no major hacking to do, i will not pay for reno deposit, what mgt can do to you? stop work order? they r not authority...install light & kitchen cabinet is not major and will not cause any damage to common area or leave any debris, why care to pay, if hacking or doing flooring, yes la, need to pay due to cement left over, debris, hacking etc a lot hassle that may cause damage to common area. but if done internally, why bother to pay. RM3k is too high. crazy developer!! sucking blood!!

Mgnt office should advice us to use material of reno that not affect the structure this is the job of mgnt office but not call owners go to MPS get approval for reno.Mgnt office try to pull the responsibilities to others . 

last time talked to Mr.Kwa whether can use wood or board built the wall he said go MPS get approval ..???? He very blur
