Hi All,

As from last meeting, they say need to claim LAD until the water meter installed. So i think is better to take photo of your own unit to prove that the water meter is not installed yet.

Today visit again, and a bit raining, the whether is good. Is nice place acutally .

I saw there are few rows water meter had been installed.

take picture? i think get letter from developer and syabas will more better. because picture cant prove anything ( the date on the camera can be change)

For those who like to make iron grille (FOR 1st FLOOR only), quotation are as below;

- sliding door (6*7) = RM 420.00
- kicthen door (2.5*7) = RM 175.00
- M.bedroom door (3*7) = RM 210.00
- Entrance door (3*7) = RM 210.00
- window (1.5*4) 2units = RM 84.00
- window (2*4) 3units = RM 168.00
- window (1.5*3) 2units = RM 63.00
- window (4*4) 3units = RM 336.00
- 2unit emergency door = RM 60.00

TOTAL = RM 1,726.00

all material above are using 1.0mm*12mm*12mm and 1.0mm*25mm*25mm(frame) for window ;
5mm*25mm M.S plate , 1.0mm*25mm*25mm (frame) and 1.0mm*12mm*12mm for door (according to drawing)
all grille above are painted with ONE layer coat only.

hi all aman siara owner: about the access card we only get one.i think most us got two car.is it? how about another access card?the second card need to charge RM100 and deposit RM100.total is RM 200.how can? Deposit for what?anyone can tell me?thanks

Did you all read the S&P carefully or not? VP means, water and electrical READY FOR CONNECTION! You are not entitle to claim LAD whether the meter is already installed or not.

That means the water is NOT READY FOR CONNECTION...
We can claim!!

Am a bit confused here...
The management office insisted we must follow their grill design, even those on the yard and balcony.
But the "show house" built by renovation contractor near the guard house will install wrought iron, do not follow the developer's design and YET CAN get back the 3K deposit...
Y the double standard?

I went yesterday and saw none of the water meter have been fixed up . Someone mentioned that the 1st 100 units are put up. Where got? Still the LAD issue needs to be put on hold until the water meter is up, ya?

This is Syabas' problem??

Anyway, my unit doesn't have water meter yet.
Those who have water meter and HAVE water supply in their house, pls tell us the water pressure.
Mr Kua promised the water pressure's okay coz this is hilly area, but promise is promise.

As i know, the last meeting from HBA, they say can claim untill the meter is installed. Now you said canot, can you help to paste the line that u mention that we not entitle this?

Do you think HBA, is not pro. enough????
