Shafary, I don't know what to bring cos I haven't been inside the compound as I don't have access sticker, so, my only complain now:
1. I should be allowed to enter and inspect
2. I want my sticker
3. I want VP to be handover to me ASAP.

should I bring my SnP?

if u have collected ur key, u should be getting ur sticker also. Have you?

Ok as per your enquiry - no need to bring S&P, the reports only need to know the communication that went between us/developer/mps/town council etc. - which i will bring and provide.

Apart from that the complaints above u can voice it out at the meeting, as for sticker and VP can be obtained once CF dapat... which is what we are doing all this for.

Come and you will get to know more details about what's happening.

phase 2 phase 3 owner also can join in right?~~~if yes... let's go~~~

I am agree that we bring NSTP to voice out our problems in amansiara project.

Hope developper and the govt agencies will speed up to deliver the cf.
As our govt slogan 1Malaysia, rakyat diutamakan.

Hope all of us be there...the crowd will speak louder

as things doesn't go as planned, people get restless and things gets dirtier day by day! Sometimes I wonder what is the problem with the developer? they seems so quite and there's no communication at all coming from them to shed some light on what is going on! I hope to complain to the press is the last thing all of us would want to do... I think it will bring no good to both sides as it gives bad publicity to the place we want to call home. after all, all that we want is to get our damn key and CFO and enjoy our life there!!!

DEVELOPER! PLEASE SPEAK UP! DON JUST KEEP QUITE N LET LET PEOPLE GUESSING!

Added on July 16, 2009, 10:20 ami called developer's office just now... but get no answer. GL 03-22871600 and yasmin's DL 22871816... i remember last time when we call GL, we'll be greeted by the machine. now it just ring and nobody pick up.

Yes, i also agree with you. Pelik la dgn this dev. our CF patutnye dah dpt dah skrg ni, tapi dok senyap ke diri tak nak bgtau progress. dari dulu dengar dah apply for CF takkan tak approve lagi. Sure ada big defect/wrong yang menyebabkan cf approval delay sampai skrg. Tapi yg peliknya fasa 2 and 3 still on. dah nak siap dah pun. fasa 1 still tak dapat2 CF. heran bin ajaib. Dev cap apa?

Geramnya........ Rumah dah ada depan mata tapi tak leh masuk. duit bulan2 dah kena potong.

If this coming press conf can make a big change and progress, it will be a wonderful gift for all of us,
w/pun rumah belum duduk tapi dah masuk paper, isk sedih gak.
plan nak join sekali this Saturday, but hav to go back to kg, family matters.

I just called  leadmont ofc they replied ph 1 still pending for syabas approval in order to onbtain cf.

Latest Update - called MPS En. Rizal, he confirmed they received the letter from Syabas yesterday. Documents are with the Pengarah waiting for his approval.

If everything ok then should be able to get CF by mid Aug09.

is tomorrow a press conference meeting?
