I think almost all owner of phase I waiting for claim LAD now..... wonder what will happen to developer if they try to avoid such big amount

so quite nowadays here...wonder what happened to my house la...until now no cf... hummphh

I called dev office last week inquiring the latest status... still the boring answer came from yasmine... don't know! not yet! for those who hasn't got the keys yet... the answer came like that also... not yet get instruction from the management!

my LAD as of today: S&P expired 4/6/09, today 1/july = 26 days:((169000*10%)/365)*26=RM1203.83!

i have taken my keys since january. Anyone knowhther i can claim LAD or not?

For those taken there key in january,regarding information on LAD ,pls check pages 30 and 31.

Added on July 6, 2009, 11:02 amseems like many ppl interested in amansiara project... and wanna buy from the first owner... if not mistaken... there will be a penalty charge if the first owner resell their house within 5 years ..ist????

if yes... then since many ppl so interested and sure will bare the cost as well right.... as we all received a sms/ posted mail in this forum regarding to buy from us..... although no CF, no VP and...... so many issues created by developer.....

such a "TRUSTED" developer..... when u only can resolve all these issues to the thousand of buyers here.....

i am very happy if it is true.. ...even though the trouble and worriness that we had before...but i want to know wheteher our bil utilities will be individual or bulky. precisely do we pay bil to the appointed maintenance contractor or we will pay bils by our own directly to tnb, syabas.

I think we pay direct cos i can see the syabas meter is individual meter infront of our gates.

where is the agent??? said interested in buying aman siara house....

The house buyer from NSTP has requested that we all gather in Amansiara on a weekend either Saturday or Sunday to meet the reporters. He said all the 30 to 40 people that is active in our forum and email communications.

Whats required:

I will supply all the communication that we had sent to the developer (3 Letters) and the reply that we had received from the developer.

It is preferred that every one of us bring whatever complaints that we have with evidence or pictures or fact to support it.

Guys, I would appreciate if everyone to speaks as we are involving the press. Our complaints has to be news worthy or not this would without any action.

I would suggest that we have this gathering:
