Within the first week of getting my car, I already broke 1000km. It's because I travelled from Johor to KL and vice-versa. KL folks are easier to break because you guys travel here and there. Hehe...

It took me two weeks to reach 1000km becoz I was KOed for few days... hehe

My mileage already 2600km. Pump RM56 (~31L) for 400km traveled. That's the best I can reach. Commute to n fro Kuchai Lama & Damansara Jaya daily.

I think my FC for this time now will suffer a bit since I was challenged by another car last night

Yesterday i filled in 34.44 Lrts which is RM 62.00, when through hump, up hill, drive 5 of my colleagues for lunch today. The meter shows 9.8 km/L, i can't believe what i saw!!! Bad FC after all, i reckon if i rev abit harder. The FC will be very very bad, and i don't think it will better after 5k service.

The best i can go is 400 km+ so after 5k service the max will be 500km+ (light footer).

After all, nothing special with this new 5 speed iVtec engine. Conclusion, Noisy engine, gear sluggish changing and bad FC.

No doubts that exterior is very nice.

Well... 5 ppl in the car, be it the NHC, previous version City, Vios , Waja and Persona etc will be sluggish and have sucky FC.
Can't help it. It's only a 1.5l engine. It's not going to do wonders at stock. Just imagine a 1.1 ton + 0.4 ton = 1.5 ton car moving around.
It's gonna hurt..

The only thing we can do is track how the FC will be when the car runs longer.
I actually don't mind the 'noisy' engine, 'cos in relative terms..it's quiet as compared to my previous Waja..hehe!
I do admit the padding in the engine bay is a little spartan, might wanna try to Dynamat it and test it out.

Strange thing for my previous FC was I whack on the KLIA highway(becoz I was late to the airport) and I thought I may suffered a bad FC but to my surprise, it was better. I kept the vtec opened almost all of the way to KLIA

Buy Toyota Wish 2.0 CBU then. Toll is more expensive than petrol, believe it or not.

I really dont know why I got my car so fast. I heard that most of you guys took 3 months but mine was 3 weeks. I did test drive last 8th Feb and got it last Saturday 28th Feb. I'm about to take Vios because I know waiting time is too long for City but this SA told me when I went to their showroom just to compare City and Vios, he told me if I'm interested I can get it in 5 to 6 weeks. I did not get any discount and freebies but it is ok since I got it in 3 weeks time. I don't really know the agent but it looks like they have a lot of cars because when I collected my car there are about 5 City ready for collection. The place is in Ampang Point Imavest.

I too got my car pretty fast. I booked on 19/12. And got mine on 23/1. About a month. Not to mention all the year end holidays. It's perhaps some ppl had cancelled their bookings, and they have extra allocation. What colour is your car again? Did you put a few choices? Some ppl I know, just book and just accept the fact that it will take 3 - 4 months to arrive. But if you want it to come earlier, the SA might offer you 'faster', but no discount.. so they just allocate urs ahead of the other guy. At the end of the day, both parties are happy..

as he din offer u any rebate
maybe... he let u jump queue la..
