I've found some interesting pics of some randam Japanese guy modding his T4/T5 stick as well. With Sanwa parts. Looks relatively simply, but involves a soldering iron and a dremel. The link is as follow. Hope it's useful to you.

Alan! I think some of us are more free on Sundays, like myself and I believe the Shadaloo gang also. Nick is perpetually free, and Big Mac too after his work hours nearby. Mike's based on his BOSS' permission. Don't know about the rest.

CE stick ain't too bad from what i've read. But I can't judge much as I've never used it before. The HRAP3 on the other hand which is almost the same price uses the Sanwa JLF which is quite nice to use to me. Just that the buttons might need to mod for nicer feel and tactile response. Say bye bye to sore thumb

Those who are selling their sticks usually have more than one sticks. Modding sticks its a kind of Art and Skill + Hobby ( for some )

but you can't always mod your own sticks..so they buy new sticks and mod it until perfection..sell for pride..

its like selling Art paintings.. the artist just like to draw and people tend to buy.

but if you want to DIY, then you should buy standard sticks, and mod it yourself, and go find your fav artwork and replace it your self...but it is not as easy as you imagined... those who are serious have a tool box and the tool box alone is bigger than the HRAP3.

leave it to the professionals.

go look for Professor-RAWFISH.. who holds a PHD for modding sticks.
