please.... any 1 can help me... i've press and hold the sleep and home button. after tat i hav entering the DFU mode.. but my jb is unsuccesfull. but i try to restore it back, but its just can't.. any1 can help me? now i can't even open my ipod touch.

to go into dfu, hold sleep and home button for 10 sec, AFTER THAT continue holding the home button for 8 sec.

i did tat.. but after i click on restore in my itune. it said try to get the latest version and it close it self. (i alr install the newest itune) after tat..nothing happen again.

u need to fully off ur ipod 1st before doing other steps.. i had face the similar prob.. and im not restore.. just jb it again.. hope can help u..

hye.i would like to ask something.ok.i jb using quickfreedom and set custom logo for my boot logo.but then,everytime i boot there was only blank.nothing.but its ok.i though i could fix it using logome.then when i flash my desired logo using logome,it does nothing,like didnt react.why?or is it just take a very long time for logome to change the boot logo?i wait for almost 5 minutes but nothing happen.

In the list from the 1st thread, is it saying that ipod touch 2g has 2 types on windows software jailbreaking?1st is quick freedom,2nd one is redsn0w?which one better to make it?firmware 2.2.1 can be jailbreak and onwards firmware also can be JB-able d rite?

im using redsnow.. and it work fine with me.. no prob at all.. the other 1 i think dont have prob too.. yes 2.2 firmware already jailbreakable and the fw 3.0 also were said jailbreakable but the dev team still working on it..

i was wondering if there is any shops around kl that offers jailbreaking/unlocking or updating itouch?
because i dont have a stable internet connection at all and i'm a noob at all this...
and the people at the apple shop said they cant do it for me because i'm using windows...
i would love to do it myself but my internet connection just doesnt allow me to do so...

mine is 1st gen version 1.1.4 btw..
