Haha...firstly, my SP got hole on the sensor, secondly, I can confirm its not the SP problem, Coz i did not receive the call, i just stare at the calling and then wait for the person to hang. I didn't answer it. Then the message composer no back light liao...no matter how I tap it. So i just lock and unlock the phone and then can already...

Previously I just silent my SE W810 then can take picture without SOUND.

Then just now I wanna take a fast snap so I just silent my tube and u guess what? CHIk CHIAK! And not that kind of soft sound. All the girls laughed at me.......I dunno where to hide my face....

Is there no way to silent the camera sound???

For hardcore smser who are used to normal keypad entry, yes. But if u get use to the mini qwerty, actually u can type quite fast. Practice makes perfect. The virtual keypad honestly speaking, not really that ez to use. Laggy ? Faster symbian phone that i hav ever used. VERY VERY VERY worth to buy. The thread says it all.

really? I just dont want to regret after buying it. I own e61i and E71 qwerty keypad. Now i worry only the nokia 5800 touchscreen qwerty. I tried iphone qwerty keypad i always accidentally press wrong key.

The virtual keypad is generally INFERIOR to hardware keys (esp. the one on the e71i), BUT the haptic feedback (read: vibration) on the 5800 helps TREMENDOUSLY (and the iPhone, as of now, does NOT have haptic feedback)...

U won't regret buying it if u compare the price of ur e61i and e71 with 5800. Erm, what i can say is practise makes perfect. U will get use to it in no time.

then i have another question. when i use my n95 when driving the normal numberic keypad i can type without looking. Can it be done on the nokia 5800?

E71 screen too small thats the only thing i am annoyed.
How the speaker like?
