Does that work for SMS? I have not heard of international call forwarding service before, doesn't seem to be on u.com.my
*
It is a service provided by Redtone.
It works for outgoing SMS @ 12sen per SMS to Malaysia mobile from anywhere in the world. ( normally the charges of sending SMS back to Malaysia from overseas are from Rm1 to RM2 per SMS.)

What kind of phone can get a 3g signal from umobile. Based from coverage map, my office is in 3g coverage range. But my phone only got Edge signal. I thought my phone support hsdpa. Currently using SE K660i.

I switch to U Mobile last month. I chose UM cuz of the free calls and free smses. So far Im satisfy with the service. The line is better than Maxis (I've been using it since 07) in my area.

When I registered mine, the shop lady said 'within 15 min', I purposely waited for an hour then I came home, inserted the sim, switched it on and it was ready to use.

Hey all,

I am a UMOBILE prepaid user, been thinking to get the Note 2 plan, U58.

I have some questions for postpaid users, let's say if i don't use it for calls, sms. so I only pay RM58 per month right? Does Umobile has extra charges like itemised billing etc etc.. You know those minor things that Maxis and Digi can't wait to put a price on. =.=
