2 years for your contract? Urs is postpaid, is it? blink.gif Hahaha, this is because you write the email and sound like very fierce, that why they will FAST reply you. Otherwise, they will reply your email at least 3 or 4 days~ shakehead.gif

Yeah postpaid, easier to pay bills. You should try to be firm with them too, otherwise they will slack thumbup.gif

Hahaha, if the problem SERIOULY still cannot settle, the best way is directly submit the inquiry to CFM government department there. cool2.gif

I'm sure they very very fast settle your problem whenever they are busy~ whistling.gif

this 15% bonus with IDD call promo is still on.

yesterday, i top up and made the call, today receive the bonus already.

the IDD call must connect and be charged (but any minimum amount will do).

for new prepaid customers, the bonus only applies from your second top up onwards

example:

1 activate sim

2 top up RM5 or RM10 (no bonus)

3 top up RM50 and make IDD call (get RM7.50 bonus)

unlike DiGi bonus, you can spend the extra credit on anything smile.gif

A top-up of RM50 should enable occasional 3G data connection until the final validity date, right? I suddenly cannot get the H E or G no matter what....

It was working last week both in KL and PJ. Calls and SMS OK.

Shouldn't 2G also be available if selected? Maxis 2G gives R but will go off as soon as app tries to access.

I'm on ICS -- any other settings to check?

PS: Went from KL to PJ at 1am, suddenly H. Yesterday nothing.

Want to ask, umobile postpaid still need to deposit RM300 for international roaming? Can get back deposit when come back? Need to go to HQ (this one promoter told me, sounds ridiculous) or can just be at any service center or better yet online?

You can use international call forwarding service to bypass the expensive receiving roaming charges. Also, you don't need to pay rm300 deposit.

Does that work for SMS? I have not heard of international call forwarding service before, doesn't seem to be on u.com.my
