QUOTE(polarzbearz @ Apr 16 2012, 11:01 PM) How is the Umobile coverage / signal as compared to your DiGi previously? Gonna port 1 of my number to Umobile next week.. haven't decide which number to port tho.. Too lazy to port sub-number cause have to carry 2 phones around , but feel like keeping DiGi Campus (my main). i port to umobile coz digi 3g coverage is really sux..when i lodge complaint they told me that they're upgrading their network..they dont even bother to inform u that they are upgrading their network..i always get drop call and no service for 1 month plus in klcc area..so i decided to change to umobile..so far umobile 3g coverage didnt disappoint me..i can get speed up to 5mbps in the morning lol..average speed is at 2-3mbps..even when ur in celcom 2g coverage (when there is no umobile 3g coverage) the speed is around 100kbps which is faster than digi edge speed which is freaking slow like using 56kbps modem lol.. to add, even my wife kampung at segamat, johor can get umobile 3g coverage This post has been edited by Asus: Apr 23 2012, 11:06 PM

That's it. I think I'm going to switch back to U mobile due to too much $$ incurred with Maxis. If still can't tahan with U Mobile, I'll stay put with Maxis.
Just one question: My billing date starts today (28th every month) so, how do I port over? Can I do it now or have to wait until the 27th lol

ported to umobile u28 from hotlink on 8/4/12 went to times square to do mnp, it tooks only 3hour to complete the process. didnt manage to transfer credit to my old hotlink sim so far so good.. 3g is even faster than maxisBB @ serdang area. 2g speed also not bad. just that when my phone auto-switched to 2g, sometimes it stuck at 2g even when i already in 3g-covered area. questions: 1. data usage will reset on every 1st day of month or depends on billing date? a bit confused coz today the bill statement appears in my umobile online self-care account but the statement date shown is 1/5/12. 2. for bill payment via m2u, which 1 is the account no? BA000685xxxx or 1.1681xxxx?

Hmm... Thinking to sign a 24-month contract with UM (jumping ship from DG). Will I regret? If I'm in an area without UM 3G coverage but with Celcom 3G coverage, possible for me to get Celcom 3G coverage? What if I'm in an area without both UM and Celcom 2G coverage, what will I get? Huge thanks in advance! This post has been edited by Silver Isle: May 23 2012, 05:28 PM

Hi guys, just onboard with U-mobile prepaid. I got a few question about their prepaid services. First time login to OCS, does they provide e-statement or usages details for prepaid user? and I heard that they non package data plan will cost about 5 cent/MB and also can be used under domestic roaming under celcom network? Anyone can asnwer me! Thanks.
