I am currently using Videora.I took ages to convert a 30 minutes video from Avi to H.264.  yawn.gif

Oh, I din notice such problem wo. So far the voice quality is good & much better compared to my Aztech Skype phone. By the way I m using fring on my iPod Touch. I did notice sometimes there is a lag but I think that's the problem with my broadband's bandwidth.

guys wanna ask whether a JBed 1st gen itouch supports flash websites?

and is it likely that the 2nd gen would be JB-able in near future?

also,i heard that the 2nd gen itouch is less stable than the 1st gen, like having crashes while using safari..is that fixable?

thanks all i advance for replies smile.gif

seriously, the speed? it all depend on your machine. that's all. I doubt you will feel any faster if u using that software or others. If u wan faster, set the video bitrate lower lo but the quality will be lower as well rolleyes.gif

Hi there,

ipod touch doesnt support flash.mayb in future it will . Adobe has invented flash for ipod and iphone but apple didnt approve it if im not mistaken.

problem with safari is normal.just upgrade to the latest firmware 2.2 and it should solve the crashes.

from what i know abt jailbreak.....

Dev team is not working on them yet.

hope these informations helped.

cheers

Hi bro,

i recommend u try out aimersoft iphone video converter.although its for iphone, but the screen size are the same and from my experiences with other converters, i would say that this does the best job.

cheers

Ipod and iphone is a very powerful device. so i assumed flash will be officially released soon.

if ur ipod/iphone is jailbroken,u will notice a application in cydia called imobilecinema.it supports flash videos using safari.

Well, it has to be sometime soon... Flash-based sites are becoming the norm all over the 'Net and i assume the guys at Apple are tweaking their Safari browser to enable viewing of Flash webpages... Otherwise i still won't be able to book tix at GSC.com.my via my beloved touch! laugh.gif

That is so true... But really, i was unable to access flash-based sites like GSC.com.my on the touch, such an inconvenience when i want to make movie ticket purchases while on the go!
