me also having a bad experience with kangaroo express.. i called to the centre they answering my questions like hell... they said my parcel was on the way n waited too long.. but they never deliver my things.. n now they ask me to pick the item.. so stupid... better i asked my fren to drive to my house then they asked me to go n pick up the parcels... for what we pay money for if they ask us to pick up our items by ourself... this was the worst courier service i hd meet in ma life.. summore the parcel im waiting for is an important and urgent things.. really getting irritated with their services...

have use kangaroo ship more than 2000+ parcel without having problem, for those who stay at outskirt or state like perlis terengganu kelantan etc may take longer time, so I will use other courier like Citylink.

The best way is check ur location is near their branch or not, as most of my customer at major town area have good feedback for their service.

Dear Kangaroo,

I would like to inform you of the BM branch's phone receptionist excellent service. Basically, I called the office in evening 5 pm to inquire about my undelivered parcel. 7 times the line is engaged, 3 times nobody pickup. This clearly shows that he/she is clearly too busy to handle phone calls.

Thus, I recommend that the Management promotes he/she to higher level and hire another person who would have enough free time to answer phone calls. Thank you.

Just an update...received my parcel frm seller in just 1 day using Kangaroo...Peninsular to Tawau Sabah
And this Kangaroo staff also very nice and liang moi

This courier takes 1 week to deliver my stuff from JB to perak. Need to call and chase them some more. Haih. If can, nx time wanna avoid this courier.

Liang moi is the reception or the delivery staff?

Sometimes they deliver only when their trucks are fully loaded.
