Mine choose to differ. Ordered a graphic card from a LYN trader which is sent on 13th Jan and arrive at 4pm the next day.

Can't find my address initially, but the delivery man did call up and clarify.

Packing is good and everything is in its original form (no damage at all)

Maybe Melaka branch better service

Omg, a seller is going to post my item using kangaroo courier this Saturday and I have to stop her.

Kuching branch also good. Able to deliver the item (from kl to kuching) safely within one day and even call me for location of my office

if your address is outskirt area better don't use kangaroo. if to major city then the service is not bad

I should say that Banting branch is good. Because my item is sent out on Saturday and I received it today.

So far no problem in being on the receiving end of Kangaroo courier, though they tend to come in the evening/night. I still prefer Gdex or poslaju though. At least their tracking system gets updated more often!

got mine this afternoon.. the delivery called me but im not at home bcoz having my test so after that i call the delivery guy again, luckily he is still nearby, he came to my house and delivered it.. what a nice guy. =)

Kangaroo in Penang is pretty good. Bought items thrice and Kangaroo arrived around the same time (12PM++) and requested name/IC for security purpose every time.

The driver is very friendly too, even though I told him the wrong place and he sent the parcel, he went back to pick it up and get it to the right place.

Kangaroo branch in is a NO GO!! I had bad experience with them, even ask me to pick up the item myself.

Anyone having trouble in Kangaroo Courier?... What it mean by this.. :

Would like to ask what the hell is "CHOP & SIGN" when i din't receive my item.

i agree in malaysia poslaju is no.1 coz the rate is cheap.

kangroo provide BOX or not? can someone reply me fast.
