Kangaroo tracking on their website don't work! or I am too stupid to use it.
The guy who deliver my packages, coz nobody home:
1. Once threw into my house
2. Left with my neighbour

CityLink? Same or worst. Threw into my house and SIGNED on my behalf LOL

wtf. Seller just used Kangaroo service, hope it wont lose my package.

so far I find CityLink the best, for sending small items. But seriously rude drivers.
last time seller posted x-mini speakers to me, using GDEX. When I open the package, the whole box koyak already

It uploaded from Kuching and deliver to Melaka. Well, I din received my parcel until today. I called twice to Melaka centre and they asked me to confirm with Kuching centre since they havent received my parcel yet. I really cannot believe this can happen to a courier service !!!!!! They really using Kangaroo to deliver their stuffs? Since Kangaroo dunno fly and swim, so that it stuck at Kuching????? Im now going to confirm with the sender at Kuching there.....

p/s: Does anyone know where is hub SHM ? is it Shah Alam headquarter centre ????

as i know limbang branch is the worst service (kangaroo ) i've ever meet...2 times late delivery + charge me RM30 for a parcel which is not the weight, i only charges RM16.00 from my buyers, totally crazy , totally no earning but rugi for my sale.
anywhere has stopped using kangaroo to EM
others branch is definetely ok...overall is ok.
ps: subang branch skynet also one the the worst service, super worst..

stupid Kangaroo... jus 'catch' them n send to Zoo...

ppl rely on them n paid them samore... bt give us 'stupid' service... a lot of problems/complains...

quite shocked to receive my package one day after seller posted it.

called them up at 11am to push them to deliver faster(friendly staff, I must say), too bad I needa rush of for classes during 12am. Package arrived at 1pm from the note they left behind. When I was going off to collect it, the driver came again. Surprisingly

yup..agree with u. im always use kangaroo for heavy items, much cheaper i think

When I ordered my parcel through Kangaroo(second time), they delivered it on the day after. Looks like definitely its just human error. GDex, CityLink, UPS sure will have the same complaints.

does anybody has the Kangaroo courier outskirt area list?

i used their service since July 2010, & just found their are not send on 2nd day for some outskirt area. Also, some of the area, they just go to delivery once a week on schedule! really affected my sale & trust from customer, even i post on 2nd day after payment, they can't receive cox of the Unknown Outskirt/Schedule by Kangaroo company

for far i hv send about 120- 150 parcels from July, only these 2area i found they deliver on "schedule". The others area is so far some very good & some ok, only these:
1. Limbang Sarawak
2. Gemas (Johor /N. Sembilan)

At least it's better than Skynet.

Last time I just email to penang branch of kangaroo and receive my parcels that day.

But with skynet, I wait for 3days more and email to HQ,call the penang branch, sms them, leave my enquiry on their website...

No reply.

So I complain to NCCC yesterday 11pm and guess what?

Skynet phone me at 10:30am and said will deliver to me at 1pm.

Let's see...

what is NCCC..no problem with skynet and kangaroo for me

me also having a bad experience with kangaroo express.. i called to the centre they answering my questions like hell... they said my parcel was on the way n waited too long.. but they never deliver my things.. n now they ask me to pick the item.. so stupid... better i asked my fren to drive to my house then they asked me to go n pick up the parcels... for what we pay money for if they ask us to pick up our items by ourself... this was the worst courier service i hd meet in ma life.. summore the parcel im waiting for is an important and urgent things.. really getting irritated with their services...
