Just an update...received my parcel frm seller in just 1 day using Kangaroo...Peninsular to Tawau Sabah
And this Kangaroo staff also very nice and liang moi

Don't ever use kangaroo courier service. they're providing bad service. My shop just few shop besides kangaroo and they're not even able attempt delivery to me on time according to what they so called item will delivered within 24 hour. Item show OUT OF DELIVERY but problem is they din delivered at all

many prob they ask receiver to collect in branch, dint answer the phone etc..and dont know adress? i wonder do they know to online check google maps to find adress? or GPS?

yes they do. unless you requested for the item to be self collected at their office like my gf did for a very important document recently.

kangaroo so damn slow for kuantan area...that time i order 2 pieces of 1gb ddr2 ram from 2 seller...one seller using kangaroo and one seller using pos express(not poslaju k)...both of item from kl..the kangaroo should be arrived tomolo but didn't arrive...after day after tomolo my pos express item arrived d..then i call kangaroo and scold them upside down, they told me to follow up this matter and will call back to inform the update...but after 3hours waiting they fail to call and update me...i really get mad and call them again...the clerk was rushing to call the person who send the item...tomolo again i receive the item...wow it took 4 day to receive the item...

I've already waited for 2 days; this morning I saw the Kangaroo van near my house. A guy was holding a parcel similar to mine. Called to him and asked what was the address written on the parcel.

And he said that it wasn't mine. WTF??? Same area, but my parcel hasn't arrived yet?

here in kerteh kangaroo are so slow.. pos laju much faster.. first buy using kangaroo sevice arrive almost aweek.. second buy through kangaroo it take almost two week to arrive.. if i'm not call maybe two or more week.. also i got to get the package at their office.. "no worker to send the package".. haiyoo.. never wanna use kangaroo sevice anymore..

Third time the charmed i guess.. atlast kangaroo hoop fast... 23/9/10 send at 1600 and receive 26/9/10 @ 1030. thank you for their effort..
my comment just wanna good service coz we pay for it and the package is not cheap item..

I can't believe that a PRIVATE courier is less efficient than a GOVERNMENT-supported courier. That's the freaking last time I'm gonna use their crappy service.

P/S: Called the nearest branch and I was 'pushed' around by calling FOUR different sectors(please call this branch). Third one said that tracking number is from the seller, HQ said that it is not found in database. Then I was told that I would be notified as soon as they track the parcel.

And until now, I haven't received any call from the HQ... damnit, 2 hours have passed.

if the kangaroo guy call and i am not at home can i tell the guy i wan to self collect at their kangaroo office? if i tell them i wan self collect will they still hang a note at my door? if not, then when i go to the office what i use to collect my parcel?

lol. from what im reading in this thread kangaroo seems so slow.

Compare a kangaroo to any other courier service and you'll know why

I bought some stuff and Kangaroo Express was used. They came on schedule but I wasn't home. They passed it to my neighbour instead. Ok ba, they took around 24 hours.
